Erik Levitt

Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Erik B. Levitt co-founded 1stPoint Communications in 2011, following the success of Endstream Communications, LLC, a next-generation VoIP and telecommunications carrier, which he co-founded in 2007. Mr. Levitt has 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology field.

Prior to founding Endstream, Mr. Levitt founded Core Technology Services in November 1995. A leading managed service provider in data networking and telecommunications outsourcing, Core supported clients in 35 countries.

In January 2004, Core was acquired by Access Integrated Technologies (AccessIT) and Mr. Levitt continued as the President and COO of the Managed Services division for more than three years. He oversaw strong growth in the division, where he led the data center group as well as managed services. He was also responsible for integrating new acquisitions into the division.

Mr. Levitt worked as a consultant with clients including Citigroup, Merrill Lynch International Private Client, and Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Levitt received a degree in Management and International Business from the Stern School of Business at NYU and was an International Baccalaureate student at the United Nations International School.


Kristen Vasicek

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Vasicek joined 1stPoint in 2016 in a Marketing Director role and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November 2018.
Her experience includes founding a brand representation firm, Vasicek Models, project management and operations for Pookie and Sebastian, Magnolia Interior, Ravi Rouge, and operating privately held retail stores.
She has also held a sales and marketing position at a Texas based wireless Internet Service provider. Ms. Vasicek graduated from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Studies and is from Midland Texas.

Michael Cothill

Chairman

Michael Cothill is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Hammer Fiber Optics Holdings Corp.
and is responsible for the Hammer strategy for wireless technology. Previously he was the Pres/CEO/CFO/Treasurer/Secy at Hammer Fiber Optics Holdings Corp and before that held a similar position with Tanaris Power Holdings Inc.

Mark G. Stogdill

Chief Technology Officer

Mark Stogdill has spent his professional career working in the fiber optic industry, having held several senior posts in engineering and construction firms that provided key services to the largest organizations in the telecommunication industry worldwide. During his career, Mark held the position of Head of Engineering for Fiber Engineering and Design Inc. and as an industry consultant, Mark served as a technical advisor on projects ranging from cellular data synchronization in metro New Jersey markets to SONET fiber ring deployments in Minnesota for some of the world’s largest telecommunication companies, including Verizon, Time Warner, Zayo,T-Mobile, and Cricket Wireless.
